Aside from losing over 25 pounds, Rachel has also made huge improvements in her relationship with her food and overall fitness! She started her nutrition journey with us back in the fall of 2020 and has continued with us ever since! 🔥
Rachel has also been super consistent in the gym and mentioned that “continuing to ongoing coaching has improved my eating habits, the way I think about nutrition and my overall health. Coach Michelle has saved me in more ways than one and I thank her for helping me. I still have a long way to go but if you are thinking about starting with nutrition, DO IT! It saved me, and it can do the same for you!”
