Power Snatch + OHS
3 PS + 1 OHS @ 60%
2 + 1 @ 65%
1 + 1 @ 70%
3 + 1 @ 65%
2 + 1@ 70%
1 + 1@ 75%
3 x 1 + 1 rep @ 80%

The first number is the amnount of Power Snatch, the second is the number of OHS. First do 3 Power Snatches + 1 OHS. Then 2 + 1, then 1 + 1.
80% is done as 3 sets of 1 PS + 1 OHS.

Accessory
Every 2 minutes x 4 sets:
8 Push Press @ 60%
6 Push Press @ 70%
4 Push Press @ 80%
2 Push Press @ 90%

Conditioning
3 rounds for time:
400m Run
9 Front Squat, 135/95
500m Row

Daily Midline
3 rounds:
9 KB Side Bends each side
12 GHD Sit ups
