Clean & Jerk
Every 2:30 minutes x 2 sets
2 @ 80%
Every 2 minutes x 3 sets
1 @ 85%
Every 2 minutes x 3 sets:
1 @ 90%

Rest 2 minutes between sets.

Accessory
EMOM x 20 minutes:
1: 3 Overhead Squats, Climbing
2: 3 Rope Climbs

This is written for Level Up Class. If you complete regular class replace the rope climbs with 5-7 GHD Sit ups

Conditioning:
Partner Sandbag Sprints
8 sets each of:
100m Sandbag Sprint, Relay style.

Each go 8 rounds:

Daily Midline
For quality:
30 Floor Wiper (only count when feet come to the right side)
15 Side Bend w/ KB (L)
15 Side Bend w/ KB (R)
