CrossFit Coach


Chris is a champion powerlifter, a nationally ranked champion BMX racer, and a coach to 10 state champion powerlifters. He was introduced to CrossFit in 2008 by a coworker and incorporated the methodology with his personal training clients with great success. Today, he specializes in powerlifting, barbell strength, and “gettin’ gainz.”
