Jessie is a Mom of three with a background in communications. CrossFit started as a selfcare practice and quickly moved to a passion. Jessies biggest joy as a coach is helping people who are new to fitness find practical ways to make sustainable changes that forever transform their mental, emotional, and physical state.

“I haven’t always been “fit” and after finding CrossFit, I quickly learned the importance of not only exercise, but nutrition and overall lifestyle. Through my own personal transformation, I grew a passion and a purpose to help others who are struggling as I once was”
