CrossFit Coach


Kyle is passionate about health and wellness, music, nature, sports, and applying his fitness to athletic endeavors outside of the gym. As a coach, he specializes in strength training, Olympic weightlifting, and gymnastics.

In Kyle’s words: What I love most about coaching our members is “…The excitement they get when they achieve their goals — those are the best moments. I also love the support everyone has for one another while suffering through the workout. The environment is like having a second family. “
