Michelle is a former collegiate athlete who has always had a passion for health and fitness. Her passion goes beyond the gym walls and equipment with a desire to help people improve their nutrition and incorporate healthy habits into their daily lives. Michelle is mother and wife and has a desire to show all walks of life what they can do even when they think they cannot.
