Have you ever thought it would be cool to have mom or dad do Crossfit? Everyone needs functional fitness but the regular classes may be a bit too fast past. Well, solution solved. Starting Mon Feb 16 9 am, and Wednesday’s 9 am, Ingrid Hurley will be teaching a safe. effective Masters class.  We are very exited to offer this class to our athletes who want a little slower pace and more attention to detail.
