Partners Alternate movements.
Partner A. will complete :20 of DB Push Press while B rests. B Will then be tagged in to complete the :20 of Calorie Row, while A Rests. Then A Completes the :20 of Burpees. Thats 1 round. The second rounds will start with B completing :20 of DB Push Press Continue to alternate in this fashion.
After 6 rounds, rest for 3 minutes then repeat with Dumbbell Snatches instead of push press.
