Congratulations to our March Athlete of the Month, Loni Ukman!

 

1. How long have you been with CrossFit St. Charles?

Since Oct 2013

2. Favorite part about CrossFit?

The support and encouragement I continue to receive from classmates and coaches. I also enjoy the constant variation in movements we work on. It always keeps me feeling challenged and interested.

3. What is your favorite WOD? If you can’t choose, top 3 will do!

My favorite WOD would be a partner WOD with periods of high intensity and built in rest. I also really enjoy WODs with olympic lifts.4. Least Favorite WOD?

My least favorite WOD would be anything with running, double unders, or burpees

5. What is your favorite movement to work on?

My favorite things to work on are handstand pushups and walking on my hands (really anything gymnastic)

6. If you could have any superpower, what would it be and why?

If I could have any superpower I would want to be able to fly. I find so much beauty in nature and would really enjoy viewing it from high in the air!

7. If you were ice cream, what flavor would you be and why?

If I were ice cream I would be cookie dough ice cream because that it my favorite flavor and when you’re going to treat yourself, you might as well do it right 🙂
