CrossFit St. Charles PSA:
So, its hot out. CrossFit calls for preparation of the unknown and unknowable. This involves training in the heat. We will adjust and adapt, however, we must stay on top of hydration to ensure success. Invest in a water-bottle (32 ounces preferred) and have it with you at all times. Always be sipping it. Check out the video at the bottom of the post to learn a little more about water and your body.
