Programming: Enter CFWU

 

Exposure to gymnastcis movements can have have great benefits on strength and ones physique. We are going to be implementing the CrossFit Warm Up into our daily warm up routine with CrossOver Symmetry and the Hip circle series.

Once you have completed COS and the Hip series, begin working on 1-2 rounds of the CFWU. This is to be completed on ones own, however a coach can help with any modifications needed.
