Our kids’ program is awesome! Its ultimate goal is to make fitness – and specifically CrossFit – fun and safe for your children. The skills addressed expand to include the majority of CrossFit’s foundational movements and the time frame extends to accommodate the developing abilities of kids in ages 7-11

CrossFit Kids is a program specially designed for kids. Our goal is to provide a foundation of lifelong fitness. CrossFit Kids program is designed to be simple and fun, so that your child learns the basics of body movement and safe exercise. They will be participating in fun engaging workouts that deliver measurable results and prepare them to be well-rounded athletes. The program is built for all kids, regardless of ability level and experience.
