AMRAP x 7 minutes
Bar Hang w/ Medball, 14/10
Burpee Box Jump, 24/20

Partner 1 will begin on the pull up bar, Partner 2 on the burpee box jump.
On Go, both athltes start working. Partner 1 hangs with the medball between their feet, while partner 2 accumulates as many burpee box jumps as able. At any point when Partner 1 comes off the bar, partners must switch positions.
