Teams of 3.  12 Minute AMRAP

Start with the entire team doing 50 situps each.  For the time remaining, rotate through the following triplet.  Do not rotate until each team member completes the movement.

First round 3 Reps each, then 6 reps each for round 2.  Add 3 Reps each round.
