10 Burpee to target
15 Calorie Row
10 Front Squat, 135/95
15 Kettlebell Swing (R), 55/35
10 Toes To Bar

Only one partner working at a time
Partner A starts with Burpees
When A finishes, B does the Sit ups
When B Finishes, A does the Wallballs.
Continue alternating in this fashion for 20 minutes
