With a partner, complete as many rounds and reps possible in 20 minutes of:
20 Calorie Row
20 Sit ups
20 Kettlebell Swings, 55/35
Only one partner working at a time
After a round is completed, add 10 reps to each movement for the next round.
(30 reps of each on the second round, 40 of each on the third…and so on)
Post total reps completed to Train Heroic
