1 minute 30 seconds: Calorie Row

Rest 2 minutes between rounds.

5 sets for quality, but no rest between
12 Dumbbell/ Kettlebell Row (Pause at top)
10 Westside Sit ups, 75/55
8 Strict Toes to Bar
