Load up a sled with weight you can still move fast with, and sprint the distance of our building (from end to end)

*We have 2 sleds in the gym, no need to time this. Partner up, have some fun

“Beavis & Butthead” (Teams of 2)
Partners switch every 30 seconds for 20 minutes:
Calorie Row
Handstand Push-Up
Pull ups

Only 1 partner working at a time. Both partners complete 30 seconds of the movement before moving on to the next.

Daily Midline
3 sets for quality:
20 GHD Hip Extensions
10 Hip Thrust, 95/65 (Pause 3 seconds at top)
