2 Snatch Balance (4 second pause in bottom of each rep)

Conditioning
“Burnt Toast” (Teams of 2)
EMOM x 20 minutes
Min 1: Burpee
Min 2: Box Jump
Min 3: Knee to Elbow
Min 4: Calorie Row

Only one partner working at a time. Partner will switch every 30 seconds. Score is total reps completed by both partners.
