Every 2 minutes x 3 sets
1 @ 85%-90%
Every 2 minutes x 3 sets:
1 @ 90%-95%

Rest 2 minutes between sets.

Conditioning (w/ partner)
“Burnt Toast”
EMOM x 20 minutes
Min 1: Burpee
Min 2: Box Jump, 24/20
Min 3: Sit up
Min 4: Calorie Row

Only one partner working at a time. Partner will switch every 30 seconds. Score is total reps completed by both partners.
