Back Squat, 4×4

“The Box Ladder”
Complete as many reps possible in 8 minutes
2 Goblet Box Step Up, 70/55, 24/20
2 Burpee Box Jump, 24/20
4 Goblet Box Step Up
4 Burpee Box Jump
6 Goblet Box Step Up
6 Burpee Box Jump

Continue to add 2 reps to each movement after each round.
Continue this pattern until 8 minutes is up.
