Back Squat
Press
Deadlift
Record combined total of all 3 lifts to Train Heroic
*Also update your working maxes on Train Heroic
This can be done via the Train Heroic app
1. Open the app
2. Click your picture
3. Select “My Profile”
4. Click “Benchmarks”
5. Select “Edit Working Maxes”
6. Find the movement, enter your max
