“Groove” (Teams of 2)

Complete as many rounds and reps possible in 20 minutes:
10 Burpee to target
15 Sit ups
10 Wallball, 20/14

Only one partner working at a time
Partner A starts with Burpees
When A finishes, B does the Sit ups
When B finishes, A does the Wallballs.
Continue alternating in this fashion for 20 minutes.
