With a partner complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes:
7 kettlebell swings (70/53)
7 toes to bar
Partners cycle thru the exercises, one person working at a time. Partner A does burpees, then B does KBs, then A
does T2Bs, then B does burpees, A does KBs….and so on.
