Conditioning
5 rounds:
200m Sandbag Run
Max meters on Rower

Partner 1 will begin on the Sandbag Run and Partner 2 on the Rower. On “Go” Both athletes will start working. When Partner 1 returns from the Sandbag run, Partners will switch positions. Partner 2 will start their 1st Sandbag Run and Partner 1 will start their first set of rowing. Each partner will complete 5 rounds of each movement
