1 @ 90%-95%

Rest 2 minutes between sets.

Conditioning

For time:
30 Snatches, 135/95

Accessory
Every 3 minutes x 3 sets:
4 Front Squat, 70-80%

Daily Midline
3 sets:
1/2 Gasser KB Front Rack Carry + Farmers Carry

Grab 2 kettlebells. One heavier, one lighter (you choose).
The lighter Kettlbell is held in a Front Rack, heavier in the Farmers Carry. Walk down across the parking lot, then switch hands when you come back.
